1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between we1win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers upon, or uses any service offered through the we1win website at we1win.buzz and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms are intended to be a legally binding agreement. We strongly encourage all Users to read this document fully. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming and financial activities are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which we1win verifies the identity, age, and residency of a Player in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" — the we1win website, its mobile-optimised version, and any associated services, products, or features made available to registered Players.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services offered by we1win through the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, and lottery-style products.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus Bonus) must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Also referred to as "rollover requirement".
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where we1win does not hold a licence to operate.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with we1win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. we1win actively enforces this restriction through identity verification.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law, and you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
4. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register, nor have you requested self-exclusion from we1win.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed by we1win for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of we1win or any affiliate organisation.
7. You hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify we1win of any changes promptly.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement matching the account used).

we1win processes KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days in the ordinary course. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays in withdrawal processing. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account credentials (username, password) are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any third party. we1win will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). we1win does not charge conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which we1win bears no responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction. Accepted deposit methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX instant bank transfer, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are also accepted subject to applicable network fees.

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt. we1win is not responsible for delays attributable to your financial institution or payment service provider. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• There must be no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified on the Platform;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for the corresponding deposit, except where alternative arrangements have been approved by the we1win compliance team.

The target processing time for verified withdrawals is fifteen (15) minutes for standard methods. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. we1win does not guarantee withdrawal times and will not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

we1win offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the bonus has a specific game restriction.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement range at we1win is 15x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Players may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• We reserve the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion at any time where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is detected.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets ("hedging") to circumvent wagering requirements; using automated tools to meet wagering requirements; or any other scheme designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. we1win will not accept cancellation requests on confirmed wagers except where:

• A manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred;
• An event or fixture has been cancelled, postponed, or materially altered prior to commencement, in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant game or sport;
• A technical malfunction attributable to the Platform has directly affected the outcome of a bet or game session.

In cases of manifest error, we1win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings arising from a manifest error will not be honoured.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other covered competitions — specific market rules, void conditions, and settlement procedures are governed by the rules published on the relevant betting page. In the event of conflict, those specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of bet settlement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or security infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing third parties to operate your Account;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in a manner not intended by the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward we1win staff or other Players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of we1win or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from we1win.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services;
• Any interruption, error, delay, or omission in the Platform's operation;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results;
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, network outages, or government action.

In no event shall we1win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

we1win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the personal information necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure to third parties is limited to circumstances required by law, by regulatory authority, or strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers).

12. Responsible Gambling

we1win is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits may be decreased immediately but increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. To initiate self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or email.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

we1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• Detection of multiple Accounts linked to the same individual;
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandating account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, we1win reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to KYC completion.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closures do not affect any withdrawal request already in progress.

14. Amendments to These Terms

we1win may modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through on-Platform notifications or by email to the address on file.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1win holds its primary operating licence. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent we1win from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or preserve the integrity of the Platform.
